Superior Transfection of Standard Cell Lines

HiFect? is amaxa GmbH's newly developed biochemical transfection reagent for standard cell lines.
amaxa's CEO Rainer Christine explains that "HiFect provides high transfection efficiencies for a wide variety of adherent cell lines, while displaying only minor cytotoxic effects on the cells, e.g. 98% transfection efficiency and 77% viability in CHO-K1 cells."
HiFect is the optimal cost effective addition to the well established Nucleofector technology, the best system for gene transfer into difficult-to-transfect cell lines and primary cells.
