Easy Scale-up to Full Production

The MP-MICRO? from Aeromatic Fielder AG, is the world's smallest fluid bed multi-processor and works in exactly the same way as its bigger cousins so can produce reliable and repeatable results in the laboratory that can be scaled-up easily for full production.

This tiny desk-top machine (just 35kg) can process very small volumes of feed product anything from 20 200 grammes to produce dry powder, agglomerated product or coated particles for all pharmaceutical R&D applications. This makes it ideal for testing small quantities of rare or expensive products.

The machine uses negative pressure to create the air flow through the fluid bed. This is exactly the way in which large production machines operate so users can be confident that tests carried out in the laboratory will be replicated in practice.

The MP-MICRO? is easy to clean and is sufficiently small to fit in a glove box for handling active ingredients or toxic substances.
