Properly cutting stainless steel tubing for HPLC can be very challenging.

This wheel type cutter from MicroSolv Technology Corporation should be used to cut stainless-steel tubing used in non-critical connections. The wheel cutter is meant to score the metal tubing to break it. This ensures you will not close the inner diameter of the tube.

This cutter has a screw which is tightened to secure the tubing and can be adjusted for a range of different tubing diameters; 1/32” to 1/4". Replacement cutter wheels are available to make sure your cutter is always kept sharp. Great addition to any service representative’s tool kit.
