The Citius LC-HRT represents a substantive innovation in High Performance Mass Spectrometers for the LCMS market. The system utilises Leco’s Folded Flight Path™ (FFP™) technology to provide full-range mass spectra at speeds of over 200 spectra per second, and resolutions of up to 100,000 with high-performance mass accuracy. The system provides the versatility of ESI, APCI, and DESI (desorption electrospray) ionisation sources as options to complement its highperformance MS capabilities and unchallenged dynamic range.

The Citius LC-HRT received the 2011 Pittcon Editors’ Gold Award, which signifies the most innovative new product at this year’s Pittcon, as selected by a panel of scientific journalists. The Pegasus GC-HRT represents the next generation of High Performance Mass Spectrometers for the GCMS market. The system utilises Leco’s Folded Flight Path™ (FFP™) technology to provide full-range mass spectra at speeds of up to 200 spectra per second, and resolutions of up to 50,000 with high-performance mass accuracy. “The obvious benefit of the new Pegasus GC-HRT system is its ‘no compromise’ approach to data analysis,” said Lucas Smith, Separation Science Product Manager, Leco Corporation. “While some systems on the market offer their users a choice between acquisition speed or resolution, Leco is very pleased to offer a package that makes no compromise in speed, resolution, mass accuracy, or dynamic range.”
