GC Universal Autosampler Boosts Lab Productivity
Jul 15 2015
HTA’s GC autosampler offering is the widest and the most complete in the market: HTA offers seven models to answer different needs in terms of injection techniques - standard liquid injection, headspace or solid-phase microextraction (SPME) - and sample capacities - from 15 to in excess of 200 samples.
50+ GC models supported: HTA autosamplers feature the widest compatibility in the market. In fact they fit every GC and GC-MS, major or niche brand, by a dedicated interface, assuring maximum compatibility and top performances.
HTA autosamplers support also all the Chromatography Data System, always allowing a seamless integration for the best user experience. The autosamplers represent a future proof investment: regardless which GC you buy next, you should expect to re-use your HTA autosampler just by sourcing a new mounting kit.
HTA autosamplers are self contained, independent from GC firmware or hardware release, independent from the CDS version; they also provide support for discontinued GC models, not further supported by the original GC manufacturer.
They can serve both the front and rear injector in most supported GCs. Furthermore, the rotating head design ensures that the injection port is always free, for manual injections or maintenance.
The quick-fix mounting kit technology allows for autosampler easy relocation across the lab: no service engineer or tool required. HTA autosamplers can be easily moved between GCs of different brands, when workloads change: you will be enabled to re-start analysis in less than 5 minutes. HTA autosamplers are top mounted on analysers, characterised by low weight and compactness to save valuable bench space.
HTA GC autosamplers benefit from a unique portfolio of patented, proprietary and licensed technologies that have been put together by HTA R&D team to make user experience amazing. Among others: SyringeID, vial leakage check, simultaneous injection, prep ahead, heuristic system integrity procedure.
