Analytical solution for the characterisation

Waters UPLC® analytical solution for the characterisation of 2-AB labelled glycans from glycoproteins combines Waters ACQUITY® UPLC BEH Glycan Columns with the ACQUITY UPLC System equipped with fluorescence detection. With this product, scientists can meet US FDA requirements for accurately characterising glycans attached to therapeutic proteins to ensure biopharmaceutical product efficacy and safety.

This UPLC solution has been shown to be up to three times faster than traditional HPLC for the analysis of 2-aminobenzamide (2AB)-labelled glycans from human IgG. All ACQUITY UPLC BEH Glycan columns are
quality-control tested with relevant labeled glycan standards for consistent batch-to-batch column performance and to meet expectations for their long-term use in validated methods.

Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH Glycan columns provide superior resolution for a wide range of glycans and are produced with the Waters Designed for Six Sigma (DFSS) Phase II ACQUITY UPLC column manufacturing process. This process produces superior long term performance by maximising efficiency while minimising column-to-column variability.
