AOC-30i liquid autoinjector

Liquid sample injection covers the biggest application field in gas chromatography. The analyzed sample mixtures can be very complex and might include compounds with a boiling point range of below 100°C to more than 700°C. Accordingly many requirements must be fulfilled by an autoinjector like fast injection to reduce discrimination effects on compounds with a higher boiling point. Syringe rinsing with different solvents is required to avoid carry over effects of “sticky” substances or extend the syringe lifetime in case of dirty matrixes.

Small injection volumes below 0.5µl are required for high concentrated samples or for "On Column" injection. On the other hand, with large volume injection sample volumes up to 100µl are often used. 

For high sample throughput the capacity of the autoinjector can be extended by a sampler solution. In the sampler configuration the AOC-30i turret provides three times more solvent vial capacity compared to the standard autoinjector.

The AOC-30i grows with your laboratory’s needs

With 30 samples the AOC 30i autoinjector offers sufficient capacity for overnight GC operation but can be flexible upgraded dependent on your needs:

• Dual Tower operation for high sample throughput
• Sampler upgrade with 150 sample vial capacity and 12 solvent positions for syringe rinsing.

The syringe selection 0.5 μL, 5 μL, 10 μL, 50 μL, 250 μL allows injection volumes from 0.01µl up top 200µl for large volume injection.
