WHAT SENSORIX DOES
Sensorix manufactures a competitive range of highly selective and high-quality gas sensors for use in safety critical applications. We develop electrochemical sensors for the reliable detection of both “exotic” and “standard” toxic gases such as TEOS, NH3, N2H4, Cl2, ClO2, COCl2, O3, TBM, THT, HCN, F2, HF, H2, H2S and CO.

Standard Gas Sensors
This OEM sensor range is our standard product that can detect over 20 target gases.
All Sensorix standard gas sensors are available in 6 different formats – 4S, 7S, Mini, Classic, Smart and Custom Sensor – making them suitable for most gas detection applications and needs.
Satellix Sensors

These range of gas sensors is a plug-and-play solution for Satellite XT devices. Satellix gas sensors can accurately detect over 30 gases used in semiconductor processes.
